We value your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product, please follow the steps below for returns and refunds.

Eligibility:

• Damaged Products Only: Returns and refunds are available only if you received a damaged product.
• Time Frame: Request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.

Return Process:

• Inspect and Document: Inspect the product upon receipt. Take clear photos of any damage.
• Contact Us: Within 7 days, contact our customer service at sunchiccloset@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
• Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back as instructed.

Refund Process:

• Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will verify the damage.
• Approval: If confirmed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Rejection: If the product is not damaged, no refund will be issued, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Exceptions:

• Products not damaged or requested for return after 7 days are not eligible for return or refund.
